Who we are
Caliber Advisory Group ("Caliber," "we," "us") is a physical security consultancy based in Los Angeles, California, serving clients in California and worldwide. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and in the course of providing our services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, primarily through our assessment request form:
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number.
- Organization details — organization type and the service you're interested in.
- Anything you include in your message, such as facility details or the reason for your inquiry.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If we enable analytics tools, they may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how the site is used; where required, we will request your consent.
Our assessment request form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of the form is therefore also subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and scope, quote, and deliver consulting engagements.
- To operate, maintain, and improve this website.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and professional obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing communications without your consent.
Sharing — and what we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers who help us run this website and our business — our web host, our email provider, and the form and anti-spam services described above — under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Caliber is a sister brand to Aecon Global Security. The two operate as separate brands: your inquiry to Caliber is not shared with Aecon for marketing purposes.

- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — noting that we do not sell or share personal information.

Data retention & security
We keep inquiry and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law and professional standards. Children
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
